The sponsor is Valentine Brands LLC d/b/a Seranova Beauty, 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is solely responsible for the Seranova Beauty BFCM 2026 Cruise Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes starts on Sunday 1 November 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Thursday 31 December 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). All times in these Official Rules are Eastern Time. Each "Entry Day" runs from 12:00:00 a.m. ET to 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

You can enter if, at the time of entry, you are:

a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and
eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in your state of residence if that is higher.

You cannot enter if you are:

an employee, officer, director, contractor or agent of Sponsor or of its parent companies, affiliates or subsidiaries;
an employee of Sponsor's advertising, promotion, fulfillment or public relations agencies;
a paid creator, affiliate or influencer engaged by Sponsor to promote this Sweepstakes; or
an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses, wherever they live) or household member of anyone listed above.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules in full and without conditions.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both give exactly the same number of entries, and both have the same chance of winning.

Method 1: Order entry. Place an order for any product through the checkout on seranova.com, Sponsor's U.S. online store, during the Entry Period. Each order receives one (1) entry automatically, in the name and email address used for the order. You do not need to do anything else.

Only orders placed through the seranova.com checkout count.
Orders placed on Amazon, TikTok Shop, any other marketplace or retailer, or any non-U.S. Seranova store do not receive entries.
Automatic subscription renewal charges do not receive entries. Subscribers can enter using Method 2.
Returning or cancelling an order does not remove its entry.
If you do not want your order to count as an entry, email [email protected] with the subject line "Cruise Sweepstakes Opt-Out" before the Entry Period ends.

Method 2: Free online entry. No purchase necessary. Visit https://tally.so/r/J11GYd during the Entry Period and complete the free entry form. You will need to give your first and last name, email address and state of residence, confirm that you meet the eligibility rules in Section 3, and agree to these Official Rules. Each completed form receives one (1) entry.

Signing up for marketing emails or text messages is optional, is not part of the entry form, and does not change your chances of winning.

5. Entry Limits

One (1) entry per person per Entry Day, whatever method you use. Over the full Entry Period this means a maximum of sixty-one (61) entries per person.
If you place more than one order on the same Entry Day, or place an order and also submit the free form on the same Entry Day, you still receive only one (1) entry for that Entry Day.
Sponsor identifies a person by name and email address, and may combine entries it reasonably believes come from the same person. Entries over the limit will not count.
Using any automated system, bot, script, multiple email addresses or accounts, or a false identity to enter is not allowed. If you do, all of your entries will be disqualified.
Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not follow these Official Rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received for any reason.
If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address used for that entry. The authorized account holder is the person assigned that email address by the email provider.

6. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one (1) to each of two (2) winners.

Each prize: one (1) Holland America Line¬Æ electronic gift card worth US $2,000. The gift card can be used as payment toward a Holland America Line cruise booked by the winner, or for purchases on board Holland America Line ships, as allowed by the card's terms.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $2,000 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: US $4,000. The ARV is the face value of the gift card.

Limit: one (1) prize per person and one (1) prize per household.

Delivery. Sponsor will buy each gift card directly from Holland America Line and email it to the verified winner within about fourteen (14) days after Sponsor receives and verifies the documents listed in Section 9.

Gift card terms. The gift cards are issued by Holland America Line and are subject to its gift card terms and conditions, available on hollandamerica.com. The gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be reloaded. Once a gift card has been delivered, neither Sponsor nor Holland America Line will replace it if it is lost, stolen or used without permission.

What the prize does not include. Each prize is the gift card value only. The winner pays all other costs, including:

any cruise fare, taxes, port fees or gratuities above the gift card value;
flights and all other travel to and from the port;
passports, visas, other travel documents, and travel insurance;
shore excursions and onboard spending above the gift card value; and
all taxes on the prize (see Section 10).

Booking. The winner books any cruise directly with Holland America Line. All bookings depend on availability and follow Holland America Line's own terms, including its deposit, cancellation, health, travel document and age rules. For example, Holland America Line requires at least one guest in each stateroom to be 21 or older. Sponsor does not guarantee any particular sailing, itinerary, cabin or price, and is not responsible for anything Holland America Line does or fails to do, including itinerary changes or cancellations.

Advertising examples. Any examples in Sponsor's advertising of cruises a prize could pay for are illustrative only. They are based on prices at the time of the advertising and are not guaranteed.

No cash or substitution. A winner cannot transfer, assign or swap a prize, and cannot receive its cash value. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may replace it with gift cards from another cruise line, or with another prize of equal or greater value.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Random Drawing

On or about Thursday 7 January 2027, Sponsor or its designated representative will select two (2) potential winners in a single random drawing from all eligible entries received under both methods during the Entry Period. The drawing will be done with a random number generator. At the same drawing, Sponsor will also select alternate potential winners in ranked order.

If the same person or household is drawn twice, the second selection does not count and the next entry drawn is used instead.

Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

9. Winner Notification and Claim Deadline

Each potential winner will be notified only by email from an @seranova.com email address, sent to the email address linked to the winning entry, on or about 7 January 2027.

Scam warning. Sponsor will never ask you to pay a fee, give payment card details or a password, or click a payment link to claim a prize. Sponsor will never contact you about this Sweepstakes by text message or social media direct message. Any message like that is not from Sponsor. Do not respond to it, and please report it to [email protected]. You can check whether any message is genuine by contacting [email protected].

Claim deadline. A potential winner must:

reply to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date it was sent; and
sign and return the following within seven (7) daysof receiving them:
- an affidavit of eligibility;
- a liability release and, where allowed by law, a publicity release; and
- a completed IRS Form W-9.

A prize will not be awarded until these documents are received and verified.

A potential winner forfeits the prize if they do not respond or return the documents in time, cannot be reached, are found to be ineligible, decline the prize, or do not follow these Official Rules, or if the notification email bounces back as undeliverable. In that case Sponsor may contact the next alternate, time permitting. Sponsor will contact no more than three (3) alternates for each prize. After that, the prize may not be awarded.

10. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to each winner for the ARV of their prize (US $2,000).

11. Publicity

Where allowed by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that Sponsor and those acting for it may use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state in advertising and promotion, in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or approval. If a winner posts about the prize on social media, the winner agrees to make clear that the prize was won in a Seranova sweepstakes.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the running of the Sweepstakes, breaking these Official Rules, or acting in a fraudulent or disruptive way.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, cancel, end, change or pause it. Reasons include computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or anything else beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. If this happens, Sponsor may select the winners from the eligible entries received before that action, or in another way Sponsor considers fair.

By entering, you agree to follow these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in every respect. If these Official Rules conflict with Sponsor's Terms of Service at https://seranova.com/policies/terms-of-service, these Official Rules apply to this Sweepstakes.

You give your entry information to Sponsor, not to Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify or Holland America Line. Holland America Line and its related marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the prizes.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor; Holland America Line; Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok; Amazon; Shopify; each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies; and all of their officers, directors, employees and agents (together, the "Released Parties"). This release covers any claim, injury, loss, damage or liability of any kind that comes from or is connected with taking part in this Sweepstakes, or with accepting, having, using or misusing a prize, including any cruise or travel taken with a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

technical, hardware, software, network or platform failures of any kind;
lost, delayed or unavailable network connections;
incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions;
entries or orders that are not received or not recorded; or
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission.

14. Privacy

Sponsor uses the information collected in this Sweepstakes to run the Sweepstakes and award the prizes. All information is otherwise handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://seranova.com/policies/privacy-policy, including its notice for California residents. Entering through Method 2 does not add you to any marketing list unless you choose to opt in separately. Questions about your information can be sent to [email protected].

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules, and the rights and duties of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that:

any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without any form of class action; and
any claim is limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, and you will not be awarded attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

16. Winner List
