1. Sponsor
Valentine Brands LLC d/b/a Seranova Beauty, 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111, Wilmington, DE 19801 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is solely responsible for this promotion.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on 26 October 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 1 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) or older in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) or older in Mississippi). Entrants must be members of the Seranova Facebook Community group at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and its advertising, promotional, fulfillment and public relations agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, complete all three (3) of the following steps:
Follow the official Seranova Instagram account, @seranova;
Comment on the official giveaway post in the Seranova Facebook Community group, answering the question: “What’s the one skincare ‘trick’ you swear by?”; and
Include your Instagram handle in the same comment, so Sponsor can find and contact you.
All three steps must be completed during the Promotion Period for an entry to be eligible. Entry requires a Facebook account that is a member of the Seranova Facebook Community group, and an Instagram account. Both are free to create; no purchase or payment of any kind is required at any stage of this promotion.
Your comment must be posted from a valid, currently active Facebook account and must include a valid, currently active Instagram handle. If Sponsor cannot identify or reach the Instagram account you provide, or cannot confirm that the account follows @seranova, your entry may be disqualified. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their Instagram account settings allow Sponsor to send a direct message, and should check their message requests. Comments must also follow the group rules.
Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate comments, additional comments, edited comments submitted as new entries, and replies to other comments will not create additional entries and will be disregarded. Use of any automated system, bot, script, multiple accounts, or false identity to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, deleted by the platform, or not received for any reason.
Sponsor may remove or disqualify any comment that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, or that makes claims about the performance, results, or effects of any product.
5. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) Collagen Mask 1-Month Supply (four (4) Collagen Masks).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: US $44. Total ARV of all prizes: US $132.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor beyond any manufacturer warranty that may apply. No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not expressly stated are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. street address only. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 where applicable.
6. Winner Selection
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about 2 November 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
Only entrants who are following @seranova at the time of the drawing are eligible to win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted only by direct message from the official Seranova Instagram account, @seranova, on or about 2 November 2026.
Sponsor will never ask you to pay a fee, provide payment card details, provide a password, or click a payment link in order to claim a prize. Any message requesting this is not from Sponsor. Entrants should report any such message and should not respond to it. Entrants may verify any communication by contacting Sponsor at [email protected].
A potential winner must respond and provide the requested information, including full name, U.S. shipping address, and confirmation of eligibility, within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
Where lawful, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, except where prohibited, a publicity release within five (5) days of receipt.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, Instagram handle, city and state, and any statements submitted as part of entry, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, review, or consideration.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used by Sponsor to administer the promotion and award prizes, and is otherwise subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://seranova.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entry does not enroll you in any marketing list unless you separately opt in. Questions about your information may be sent to [email protected].
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, injury, loss, damage, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or platform failures of any kind; lost, delayed, or unavailable network connections; incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions; entries not received; or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission.
Prizes must be used in accordance with all product instructions and labeling. Entrants should review product instructions before use and consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about suitability for them.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules govern this promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and Sponsor's general Terms of Service at https://seranova.com/policies/terms-of-service, these Official Rules control with respect to this promotion.
Entrants also agree to comply with the applicable terms of Facebook and Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, and in no event will entrants be entitled to attorneys' fees or to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
