Tracking Your Order
We know how exciting it is to receive your Seranova Beauty products, and we want to make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way. Here’s how you can check the status of your shipment and what to do if you need assistance.
How to Track Your Order
Locate Your Tracking Number – Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
Locate Your Order Number - Find your order number in the order confirmation email. You will also need the email address used to complete your Seranova purchase.
2. Visit our Track Your Order Page – You can enter your order number or tracking number, both will help you find the information you are looking for.
3. Once you have entered the information, click on "Track"
4. Additionally, you will be able to visit the carrier's website to view all shipment updates.
Monitor Updates – Shipping updates will be available once the carrier has scanned and processed your package.
What If My Tracking Number Isn’t Updating?
Sometimes, tracking updates may be delayed for the following reasons:
The carrier has not yet scanned the package (this can take 24-48 hours after shipping confirmation).
Your package is in transit between shipping facilities and has not been scanned at the next checkpoint yet.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
My Order Shows as Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking status says delivered but you haven’t received your package, try the following:
Check your mailbox, front door, or any secure drop-off location.
Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Wait 24 hours, as sometimes carriers mark deliveries early.
