Cancellation Policy

At Seranova, all orders are processed by our system immediately upon placement and are sent directly to our warehouse for preparation. Because of this fast processing timeline, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

This applies to all order types, including first-time purchases and subscription refills.

To ensure fast delivery, our system automatically begins processing your order after it has been placed.  Once an order has entered this stage, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. This allows us to maintain the quick shipping times our customers expect.

Subscription refill orders follow the same immediate processing. Once the charge processes and the order is created, our warehouse begins processing and  it cannot be stopped.

However, you have full control over your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. You can:

  • Skip your next shipment — if you have extra product or need a break.

  • Change your delivery frequency — switch to every 45, 60, or 90 days.

  • Switch to a different product from our brand.

  • Cancel your subscription entirely — effective before your next billing cycle.

To avoid further charges and orders in your account, we recommend:

  • Reviewing your subscription schedule regularly through your account portal.

  • Skipping or cancelling before your next billing date if you no longer need the product.

  • Adjusting your delivery frequency if you’re receiving a product faster than you can use it.
