Photo documentation is required to process your guarantee claim. Please provide clear photos of the treated area taken at the following intervals:

Day 30 — After one month of consistent use.
Day 60 — After two months of consistent use.

For example, if you bought a 1-month or 2-month supply, the subsequent orders needed to complete the 90-day period are also included. In total, up to 3 months’ worth of product is eligible for a full refund under this guarantee.
